TERMS & PROCESS
I have the right to refuse any commission.
💲Payment
Sketch commissions: Payment is upfront. I start working on it after I receive payment!
Other commissions: I will ask for payment after you approve of the rough sketch!💸Methods: Ko-fi (preferred), Paypal, or even gifted Steam games on my wishlist/steam gift cards. Friends can also pay me with Discord Nitro or Toyhouse Premium.
(NOTE: If you are paying via Ko-fi, please use the corresponding commission box for organization purposes!)
💸Refunds: I can do full refunds up until I get your okay to pass the sketch stage - after that, no refunds (for sketch commissions, there are no refunds once I have started)NOTE: I may charge 25% (x1.25) extra if the character doesn't have a proper reference image. Decided on a case-by-case basis (I will let you know if I am going to charge extra for this).
🎨Process
I will send you a work in progress of the finished sketch, then you can give me feedback on it until you are happy with it (ends here if it is a sketch commission). I will let you know if I am moving past the sketch stage (the point of no return refunds ooooo)I will send another work in progress for the clean sketch, and another for colouring. You are allowed to request progress pics at any time! :]✂Revisions: At any point while I am working on the commission, you can ask for an unlimited amount of minor revisions, but major revisions (such as drastic pose changes, or lineart changes during the colouring phase) may be charged extra.
🕐Time: I am a pretty quick artist, so if I'm not particularly busy, I'll likely finish in 2-5 days. Otherwise, I may take around 1-3 weeks. Larger requests do not have a predictable timeline, but I will keep you updated on progress or delays.For most art styles, I will ask for your email to send you a high quality version of the artwork. If this doesn't work, I can also send you a google drive link, or we can figure something out.

*Reference Sheet includes:
- 1 flat colour front-facing or 3/4 view fullbody ($19) (or $7 if simple character)
- colour palette (+$2); usually heart shapes, but can be changed to other shapes if requested
- square background, plain colour of your choice
- text with name, pronouns, and other small info
To the ref sheet, you may also add:
- 1 flat colour fullbody at another angle (+$6)
- 1 flat colour fullbody in an alternate outfit (+$4)
- and/or prop(s) ($3/each)
- alternate expressions ($2/each)
- little character doodles ($1/each)If you want me to design a custom oc for you with a ref sheet, it will be an additional +50% of the price total (Please at least have a description for the character you have in mind!
